    The item is in original condition and packaging
    You have proof of purchase (invoice or order ID)And

    Note: Items like earphones, batteries, or opened software cannot be returned unless faulty.

📦Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for:

    Software licenses or digital goods,
    Products damaged due to customer misuse.

    Note: Cash on Delivery refunds are processed through bKash or bank transfer only.
